We are pleased to announce that the PLENTY-LIFE project was featured at the EuCNC & 6G Summit 2024, held in Brussels from June 3-6. This prominent event, combining the European Conference on Networks and Communications and the 6G Summit, attracted over 900 delegates from more than 40 countries. Sponsored by the IEEE Communications Society, EURASIP, and EurAAP, the summit covered a wide range of topics in telecommunications, from 5G deployment and mobile IoT to the exploration of 6G and future communication systems.
PLENTY-LIFE was one of the showcased projects, emphasizing its innovative approach to urban energy planning. The project focuses on developing a holistic integrated spatial and energy planning (HISEP) methodology to help small and medium-sized cities and towns achieve long-term sustainable energy strategies and carbon neutrality by 2030/2050. The summit provided an excellent platform to highlight these efforts and connect with global experts and industry leaders in telecommunications.
