The 2nd PLENTY-Life project meeting, took place in Fundão, Portugal on September 18-19, 2023. An extremely attractive and demanding program was set out, which included many interesting site-visits, prepared by our partner and host of the event – the Municipality of Fundão: Visit I – Fundão Innovation Ecosystem; Visit II: Twintex – The Art of Manufacturing; Visit III: Fundão Biomass Power Plant; Visit IV: Plafund Energy Community; and Visit V: Fundão Innovation Ecosystem (Fundão AgroTech Center and Seminary Experimental Farm).
Also, the location, where both Capacity Building and Co-creation Workshops took place, was chosen at Centro de Inovação Tecnológica do Fundão (Softinsa – IBM) – equally attractive.
The first day of PLENTY-Life 2nd project meeting was about capacity building – the first project pillar, and the second about pilots and their clean energy transition strategies – the second project pillar. The work is progressing, so, goodluck and success for each of the seven pilots, with the support of their local scientific partners.
